Marcia Daugherty
Marcia Daugherty is a former magazine editor and published author with a bachelor's degree from Taylor University in sacred music, Bible and liberal arts. She has also worked in college admissions, arts administration, and music ministry. In the past she has homeschooled, and has also taught several co-op subjects. She believes that learning should be interesting, interactive, and fun no matter the topic.
Matthew Hutchison
Matthew has a 20 year career in medical and surgical device sales. His business and leadership experience make him passionate about teaching teens finance from a biblical standpoint as well as real world application.
Nathalie Long
Nathalie is a native speaker of Spanish, having grown up in the Dominican Republic. She attended college in the US and has served in social work for the last few years. She is looking forward to sharing her knowledge of the language and culture of many Spanish-speaking nations.
Jessica Mingo
After graduating from college with a graphic design degree, Jessica Mingo pursued that industry for a while, but really missed paint and brushes. Soon enough, she was back to painting and teaching local art classes. She is looking forward to sharing her love of art with new students.
Greg Smith
Greg is a retired engineering test technician with 32 years of hands-on rocket engine manufacturing and testing with The Boeing Company Aerospace Division. Early in his career, he served an apprenticeship with Rockwell International Rocketdyne Division. He studied engineering and mechanical drafting at Pierce College in California. Greg was very involved in the building, testing and fueling of spacecraft before launching into space. While traveling the world for Boeing, he experienced the workings and processes of many foreign governments while on launch campaigns and is eager to share these real life experiences with our students.
